Fees

My fees are in accordance with the recommended fee schedule that is put forward by the Psychological Association of Alberta. For assessment services, please contact me for an estimate as this will vary based on the referral reasons and type of assessment requested.

A receipt will be issued for all private pay services rendered. It will include my license number and can be submitted for reimbursement with insurance.

Psychological services are GST exempt and can be claimed as a tax deduction.

Currently, I am only able to accept cash, cheque or e-transfer for private pay arrangements.

There is no need for a formal referral for psychological services.

I am able to provide direct billing for:

• Indigenous Services Canada (NIHB, IRS-RHSP)

• Jordan’s Principle

• Medavie Blue Cross (Veterans, RCMP, Canadian Armed Forces)
